2013 Custom Immobiliser Malfunction

Coming home today the van died and wouldn't restart.Got towed home and checked fuses etc. Nothing obvious to be found.

All dash lights come on as normal, when trying to crank nothing at all happens apart from the immobiliser message, is there anything obvious here I can check.

Somehting else i noticed on returning to get the van.

The water head emptoed from the header tank as there was a pool of water under the van, I'm thinking potentilly a seperate issue. I've since refilled with antifreeze and the level hasnt moved in the past 4 hours

keep a careful; eye on it .. make sure the radiator fan is working and starting up when it should do

that's one of the first things that can go wrong ..
other issues at this stage are too complex to explain

focus on the radiator fan .. if not that and it continues to act up , come back for full explanation of what other things can go wrong

Thanks for the input and if I get it going I'll keep an eye on the fan and temperatures.

As it stands I can't get it to crank to check the fan etc
