I have a 2016 2.2L transit custom and I've got an issue with my heater. It is constantly blowing out hot air. Both the hot/cold selector and the positioning selector don't work. I've change the control panel to a brand new one and it's exactly the same. Only the power selector works.
Story is, I took out the original radio to replace with a double din radio.. and as soon as I did that I had this problem. Its been into 3 local garages and none of them have been able to tell me the issue or wanted to spend the time to find it so I'm hoping someone has had the same thing as me.

I'd be inclined to install the original radio to see if that solves the problem.
