There's a 'new' Custom on the way with 185ps and better multimedia. https://media.ford.com/content/fordmedi ... el-an.html

Plenty of one tonne payload Transits already on the road, mine included, so should be adequate for most Custom owners :?

I have Mk7 280. Last time I was in Dover in weight bridge, it showed 2530... van weight is 1400. I’d love to buy it but payload is too low for me.

I think you need to weigh your van empty with the engine in it

As said above, you need to find a different weighbridge. The last time mine was weighed "empty" it was around 1955kg, so even a tonne in it would put it over weight, unless I cleared some of the dross which accumulates in the cab area, and took out the tool box, and ply lining.

I'm pretty sure that even a Connect weighs more than 1400kg :?
