Just had hill assist malfunction come dash I would of thought these are linked to traction control so does that mean possible abs ring fault

Not necessarily.
Prolonged coasting with the clutch pedal depressed will activate it.

Plugged it in at work came up with low voltage fault abs sensors showing normal parameters so reset codes and see
