2017 Custom, OBD powerless & central locking fault

So we’ve recently purchased a 2017 custom (67 plate) it has a few quirks, seemingly the OBD port is dead, I’ve been through the manual found the fuse location and tested it and it’s fine. We have trackers for the vans that run off the OBD port so it’s a right blag. As well as this the central locking is very intermittent, when I go out in the morning the central locking doesn’t work, use the key get the van going give it 10 minutes and it’ll be fine usually then for the most of the day, but then randomly it just won’t work.

Please for the love of Christ let some one know what’s going on!!!

So it turns out I have power to the OBD just no comms

could be a dummy obd, is your obd black with a box attached

It’s deffo not a dummy box, apparently they can be locked down I was chatting with a Ford technician last night.
