Afternoon people, for some reason this function has now stopped working on my van

Tried turning on and off and van on and off no joy

Anything i can check?

Only thing i can think of is my ad blue level says 700 miles to refill so will be doing that shortly, unless that can have an effect?

Various things stop it working, short journeys, heavy electrical usage (seats, windscreen, heaters etc). Information is key for this sort of question

A 20 plate will still be under warranty. Take it to a Ford dealer.

The biggest cause for it not working is battery state of charge,if it’s below 75% it won’t work.
(Whether thats because of how you use your van,or a faulty battery.)

If you are able to safely charge the battery,do that and try it again.
Or as mentioned,if it’s under warranty,have it checked at a dealer.

Connect your van to a battery charger overnight and it’ll start working again.
