Cranking speed on Custom Sport

Got a 2014 custom sport that takes a while to start when cold. An anyone tell me what the minimum cranking speed should be? Mines is about 190 rpm when cold? Also do any Ford techs know the lift pump pressure in the tank? Mine is 12psi!
