heater on my car

How do you guys name the heater that is installed on Custom? I find few infos about it, I think mine doesnt work properly and I want to try fix it. I have a remote from where I can start it, but seems to me no heat is making.
How can I test if its working or not?

Mine is named Eberspacher if thats what you meant. You can read diagnostic codes and buy spare parts from dealer. Heater services cant do anything because the heater is commercial type. Forscan doesnt help much with the heater. Some diag codes and some live data is supported.
