electric fault

Hi, i had an intermitting fault with my radio/lights dash not staying on when i shut the ignition off on my van, This is now a full fault, as most peeps will know, when you shut down ignition on these models, the Dash/lights/radio displays all stay on until you open the drivers door, Now, as soon as i turn off the ignition everything goes off immediately. im also loosing my pre set radio channels, so every time i start the van, ive got to put the settings back into the radio, I thought this could be something like a low battery, so i went and fully charged the batteries ( i have 2 batteries on the van ) so has any of yous guys came across this type of fault on a 2016 custom.....thanks

ok, got to the bottom of this fault, it was the ignition switch that was faulty,
