Which fuses am I missing?

Can someone with a 2018 tell me which fuses/relays I'm missing here? Currently when I turn the key I get lights on the dash but no starter motor.

Should be written on the inside of the lid what goes where
or 2018 owners manual here ..scroll down to fuses ..there is a picture of each fuse box with numbered fuses and relays, with a chart explaining what the fuses or relays do

EURO STAGE 6 OR EURO STAGE 6.2 ..THAT I DON'T KNOW! perhaps it says on the sticker on the inside of the door pillar
