Broken door panel clips and water leaking to inside

Hello, I have a 2016 Tourneo Custom and recently I have many problems with my van... I would really appreciate any advice...

1. Some of the clips of the side slide doors are broken, some are not broken but the plastic parts that are between clips and door panels got detached from door panels and I would have to glue them back together...
Also the same happened to some of my rear hatch clips...

I have to buy new broken clips - do I have to buy original Ford clips or can I buy universal car clips?
Does anyone know what glue should I use to reattach plastic parts and door panels? Some elastic glue or epoxy based?

2. I noticed many water leaks to inside... :
- water on the inside of rear window (possibly problem with rubber seal on top of the rear hatch?)...
- water on the bottom of the side opening window on the slide doors (possibly problem with the seal of side opening windows or maybe the rubber seal at the top of the sliding doors,,,)

I have to fix these problems as soon as possible, so any advice is welcome!
