Custom 2018 Flywheel break, vibrates when accelerating

Hello, I have a problem with a 2018 Ford Custom 2.0 Ecoblue. The customer reported that the car vibrates (the whole car vibrates strongly) when accelerating between 1500 and 2000 rpm.

We replaced the axle shafts and checked the hubs. It turned out that the dual-mass flywheel was damaged, but unfortunately that was not the end of the story.

After driving 30 km and warming up the engine, the symptoms returned and the dual-mass flywheel is now behaving as if it were broken.

We replaced the wheel a total of 4 times with others, Valeo, LUK, SAchs, original, always with the same result, flywheel broken.

Important: the engine has been replaced, and apparently that's when it started.

Do you have any ideas what might be happening? The car has already caused us losses, so I would be grateful for any ideas.

Could it be a problem with the gearbox first motion shaft? I confess I don't know much about FWD gearboxes

There are several posts about vibration like you have described, here in the custom forum with no resolve .. worse is the original posters don't come back to tell us if they found out what it is.

so as a reminder. so we can keep a log of it ..
what gearbox is fitted and how many gears
what's the mileage

Hi, I don't resolve this issue. Even I had the same issue with other car recently and still we don't know. Gearbox manual 6 gears, FWD.

I watch youtube vids all the time on fords ..

They have been doing things of late .. cutting corners in manufacture

Like doing away with woodrough keys and putting small pips (tiny dowels) to hold vibration dampers and pulleys on the crankshafts.

They have been doing away with keys and putting tapperd shafts in.. holding things on with diamond impregnated washers and stretch bolts.

i don't know a lot about DMF's .. but vibration will destroy them

New engine could be built wrong; crank not balanced ., pistons in backwards .. excessive end float.
