Remote start 2026

Hi
I have had a few customs now
This one has a remote start feature which is great in this heat because it allows me to start the van and cool it down before getting in.
My question is.
Doeas anyone else have this feature and if so is there any way of extending the time it runs for?
Mine only runs for 5 mins. I am told there should be a setting g to allow me to extend this upto 15 mins but I cant find that anywhere..?

If you use it don’t use it when parked on a public road you can get done for it once I was set in the van de-icing it and had a copper knocking on the window to check if anyone was inside it
The way they nick keyless vehicles nowadays that would worry me if mine had it fitted
