Ford E (electric) Transit Custom jackpoints

Postby DocWatchtower » Thu Oct 08, 2026 10:12 am

Greetings from Norway, my first post here. I recently traded in my VW Amarok 2014 for a 2026 electric Rear Wheel drive, Ford E transit Custom crew cab. I dug through the manual and let AI do the same, but not a word about where to safely lift the car when you want to change the rims. I understand Ford doesn't want people to lift the car and have them crawling around underneath the high voltage batterypack, but I just want to change from my rims with summer-tires to rims with winter tires. Some say " the jack points are the same as with the diesel version", but to me it doesn't look the same at all. I reached out to Ford but no answer yet. Posting here hoping someone has a picture or å screenshot from a workshop manual showing the exact points where the jack safely can be placed. :?: Kind Regards, Harry
