Postby flappingbear » Tue Sep 16, 2014 12:20 pm

Very few of the 'tuners' can do it, try Vantuner, if you're tyres will cope.

Well I wouldn't go there seeing as the took his money and didn't do the job.. Not exactly a recommendation is it.

Thinking of remap. Can you let me know if mpg, power etc is noticably better. Ta. Heard celtic tuners were best. R u worried about warranty being nullified.

Hi it was sedox performance of Sunderland that did my original remap.I'd steer clear if I was you. i've been asking for my original map file for weeks now so I can go to the vantuner, still no reply. not the best service in the world.

hi just had my speed limiter removed and a remap by the only tuner i can find that can do it.lots of other tuners say they can but when ive spoke to them they all have excuses.the only tuner that sucessfully removes the speed limiter on a 2014 custom is THE VANTUNER. from Ruislip. the power is excellent silky smooth all the way to 120mph. the mpg is much better too even though it got a thrashing on the way home. i would recommend him to anyone you wont be dissapointed with the results.

The speed limiter is not in the ECU its in the BCM (Body control Module) and this needs IDS to remove it.
