Is there any reference to rear panel for Tourneo model?
I have Tourneo Custom and front and rear A/C is independent. Rear has it's own controls above second row seats.
I would be happy to see and control rear A/C but I don't see anything about it.

It is a software bug on the first units, ask your dealer for replacement.
The new ones do not have this bug anymore and affected ones are exchanged for free.
This bug ends up with periodical resets of the unit and moving to 22 degree setting on some vehicles.
My new one is now working fine. :D

Since unit's LCD looks like from 1980s, I won't even consider getting this on my Tourneo. Nice OLED full color LCDs are a few bucks if you build an electronics kit. Plus lots of 22 degree problems I guess.

Would be good to get this integrated into main center display but Ford will probably think about it after several years.

Don't start on the 22 degrees issue again. That problem was solved by Ford by swapping the faulty ones out for bug free ones.

Is this available in the UK market yet? I asked in a local Ford dealer, and they never heard of it!

Hi,

I know it has been a while but Ford UK website is now listing the unit in the accessories page. Part No. 1 869 312. £333.

Other things of interest are a Pioneer 6.5" touch screen sat nav with harness and fitting parts. Does anyone know anything about these?

I know you'll end up paying far too much for map updates.

I agree.

I use Waze on my phone. Why does anybody buy a sat nav anymore?

I don't know anything about the new generation double DIN units but that's starting to look expensive! £129 for the bezel, £98 for the CAN-BUS loom converter and then £625 for the Pioneer AVIC-F860BT (although I'm sure you can get it elsewhere cheaper)
FORD ACCESSORIES
Apple CarPlay could be pretty interesting though, you could just use Google maps off the phone?
