Not really my taste - I've got a 'real' Sport, but asked the dealer to remove those tacky stripes before delivery.

I know. Trouble is I carry to much weight. It's on it's bump stops. Factory ordered a 310 limited long wheel base with 2 side doors

I think I would be inclined to take the roof bars off. You would get £500 for those and I doubt if it would make any difference to a trade in price.
