Don't you know too periodically lubricate your undercarriage? As a fellow engineering type I'm deeply saddened by this lack of self respect :(

I'm due to paint it all as it is showing signs of orange, don't make them like they used to do they :(
Was toying with the idea of clear lacquer :P that would keep it looking new I bet and keep the salt off, maybe paint it red then lacquer?

Might sell it though.

Stone chip mine needs rusty bloody brake pipes
And come to put the new hand brake cable on and the nut is seized on the rod :x
It will bloody snap I bet :x
Ford's poor design making it out of steel I would of used Fanny batter and dog sh*t to make that rod

It's free :P bit of linseed oil and bingo
That cable is furkreed though
If you pull it it moves freely but so appears ok on the van
But take it off and it won't move at the bit it actually tugs on the caliper
Bloody ford

Might need to write a stern letter to Ford :(

I need to clean my van.
Might invest in a couple of tins of wd40 and spray underneath the van :P

Bought it, 2015 290 DCIV Ltd with twin side doors in panther black.
Some people are like slinkies.... not good for much but bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs.

Fitted a hykee lock
DSC_0149.JPG

It looks bloody awful with that bezel, but rather that than finding my van not where I left it.
It was fun getting the old lock out as it had been damaged at some point in the past. I couldn't get the key in until I pressed the barrel pins with a screwdriver whilst wiggling the key in. Eventually the lock came out in bits.

Put some side steps on to help my disabled Mrs get in.

And finally a little bit of silliness
