I bought a new ford ranger limited at the same time and it has the same mics as the transit and works perfect but yet they say they cannot replace them. The floor liner in the back is very slippery,i had drums of sealer slide and spill which ran out the side door down the paintwork, its alot worse on fuel compared to the old one, even the ranger does 5 mpg more. i think it catches the wind alot more on motorway, there is always noise in the back even if its empty. Maybe its just me but i thought when you spend 30 grand you would get better. It is fast though but my advice would be not to buy one unless mine is for sale

Allcrete wrote:its a good idea to put in plywood on the floor but remember we paid a bigger price for these vans because of all the extras they had like the super slippery lining.although i do find it handy for unloading as you just open the back doors and take off and the load should be in the same place as where you were parked
