youll have to do more research on this

there seems to be a radiator fan control module ..on the 2.2 mk7s, so presume on the customs too ..although i cant find a listing for it

As I recall, the two feeds are for the engine fan and the A/C fan, I seem to remember disconnecting both and putting 12v to both feeds, and then direct to the fan, bypassing the controller. In the case of my van, both the controller and the fan were working fine, in the case of the Focus, the fan controller turned out to be a dud. All diagnosed with a simple 12v feed.

I have checked everything I thought it might be, found nothing wrong. I'm going to get a mobile air con guy in who has good reviews to have a look at it.

Well after all that, it was bad connection on the compressor. Thanks for the advice anyway.
