Thanks for the concern guys, the van did it's job and we all got off lightly. Worst injury for everyone involved was broken fingers, which just happened to be my wife :oops:

Had a Webasto heater fitted to the camper van so it will be warmer for the winter with the poptop roof up

Trying to insure it for the first time.
What a nightmare.
Some insurer's not liking the optional extras of alloys and spoiler and hiking up the premium. (£500+)
One is quite happy with the alloys, (£353) but wont touch it with a spoiler......????

Anyone got recommendations for a fair insurer?

As my dog travels in the back I needed to add some light and a way of getting airflow before I get round to fitting side window. Picked up a complete bulkhead top and bottom and modified it.
