Today I made the offer final. Ordered a Transit custom Sport L2 automatic. Color Chrome blue and the 8" radio off corse.

Now we have to wait.......

And when the it's there, have to wait some more. The van must be adapted to ride with hand trottle and brake. And some more stuff for a disabled person.
Hopefully it's ready before my holiday in Mai/June.

Short wheel base 290 manual.
I hope it comes with the darker olloy wheels that I have seen on some you tube videos. The dealer is unwilling to give me any more info. Don't think they know much about the new options ect themselves yet.

Doesn't look like there's any above dash storage. Come to think of it, it doesn't look like there's any storage at all apart from the passenger glove box. Obviously not designed by anyone who works for a living

There is a lot of storage on top of dashboard much more then in current custom.

That is true it comes on tourneo with covers but as far as i have seen on transit it will be open

I agree, I'd much rather it was hidden. The original press releases said the dash top storage was lidded but (and I haven't seen one in the flesh yet) the photos seem to show them open.

They look cool! more storage in the dash will be a plus not too sure of the front grill but sure it will grow on me! was tinking to change like for like just now as some great deals on current one. but think i will wait for the new beastie

I am thinking exactly the same. All the other changes I like but the open dash not so much.
I may look at the cost and whether it is possible to install a torneo dash top.

Hi guys i have just finalized my order and now we wait.I have ordered 170 dciv sport in chrome blue with few extra bits.When this one arrives i will have for sale my headlights complete units with converted hid projectors and set of led fog lights so if someone is interested please let me know.Here are few pictures of facelift one from dealer that they have in showroom and headlights output for those interested( if any)

I would assume yes but again is a FORD so you never know.But im with you looks much better then current one.
