Buying a 2nd hand custom

Hi there , newbie here , just want to pick all your brains if I can , I’m looking to buy a 3-4 yr old custom , firstly anything I should watch out for ? And how do I know the power output of the van as I know there is 3 different Bhps , does it say on the log book ??

It gives you the spec of the van
Think you have to register now though

Some browsers might ask for Vin numbers i think Firefox does just try a different one init boss
