Air con Installation/Transfer

After a bit of advice, I have a 2015 van with no A/C and I have access to a 2013 donor van being broken for spares (rear end collision damage) that is fitted with A/C.
I'm sure you can se where this is going but, firstly is it possible to transfer the A/C systems from one van to another? Secondly, is it worth it? Lastly, if it's a yes to the first two, what parts will I need to make sure are taken from the donor van to make it happen?

Anything is possible but you may well need everything and after that maybe reprogramming which might be tricky

You'd have to remove the whole dash to swap the heater matrix possibly. Then a service and regas.

I love ac but even I couldn't be bothered with all that.

You'd need to keep the whole van until the hob is complete I bet because you just don't know what bits you'll need, also there may be differences between the 2013 and 2015 loom which can't be swapped without modifying ie. 2013 loom with ac not compatible with 2015 loom/system.
