Follow up on this.

I see now that I was overthinking the whole putting the floor in the van business.
I ended up just laying the boards, and I'll probably use L-brackets on the factory tie-down points.
This wood isn't particularly long lasting and it'd be inconvenient to attach it permanently.

I also put some plywood panels on the sides.
Now it's functional for my needs, but there is still plenty to do.

We drilled through the floor of our facelift Sport to fix a Risk Racing lock down stand (did the same on our previous Limited) - used A5 stainless bolts, washers and nuts. Our van is ply lined to the sides and as before we have fitted 24MX pit mats on the plastic floor. Soaks up all the wet muck from the bike. Wash the mats every so often, they hold some amount of liquid and take an age to drip dry. Bob.
