tried a search, but not found the information I was looking for.

I am ordering 18" alloys to fit in place of the std 16" wheels on my new camper, but how do I know if I have TPMS fitted?

the camper is based on a 2017 Van [ the std commercial vehicle not the Tourneo ] 170 ltd.

there is no tyre warning lamps showing on the dash when the lamps are tested at initial key on, but I thought TPMS was becoming a standard on all passenger cars but not sure about light commercial vehicles

let one of your tyres down and see if it comes on
or ask ned to look it up on etis

you think the same way as me...

I have already done the 2nd option, waiting for the report ... and letting the tyre down was going to be my fallback solution.

You reset the TPMS pressure alert in the dash display, if the option isn't there you don't have TPMS.

perfect, there is no TPMS in any of the dash menu, so that seals it.

confirmed that there is no TPMS on the van

evidence:
a) no TPMS on the driver assist menu
b) sent phots of the tyre valve stems to the wheel guy and he confirmed that they are the Non TPMS type
