Problems from Spain. Ford Transit Custom 2018 Kombi 105cv.

I introduce myself. I'm Daniel, from Asturias Spain. I am writing to you because in my country nobody helps me, not even in the Ford Oficidal workshop in Asturias. I have the Ford Transit Custom Kombi 2018 105-horsepower van with a 6-speed manual transmission. It is new from August 2018. From the first day of having it, I hear a noise in the clutch, when pressing the pedal from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd gear, when reducing there is no noise. I have taken it 2 times to the official Ford of Asturias workshop and have come to see it a Ford Factory Delegate from Valencia, they tell me it IS NORMAL, that "CLAK CLAK" noise is Normal. I do not think so. This February I will lose you to leave me an exhibition van to try it, but I do not trust myself. I would like to know if someone in the English market noticed any similar noise in their Ford Transit Custom manual transmission.

Did i got it right? When your car is stopped and you get on moving, sound appears when shifting on gears 1,2 and 3 when accelerating? But no on other gears 4,5,6,R? Problem might be on clutch, double mass flywheel or gearbox when the torque is big enough. Hard to say which one.

Yes. Right, that's what happens, you understand it well. There is only a strange noise when accelerating from 1 to 2 and from 2 to 3. Decelerating does not and in the other marches either. In neutral neither. They tell me in Ford Spain, which is correct, that this noise is normal, when separating the clutch from the double mass flywheel and the reinforced gears from the shorter gears. The van is only 5000 km long, it is August 2018.
