Door handles in tops of door

Has any one fitted the handles in the tops of there doors as I’ve noticed the late ones have them standard now ford must of got fed up with hinge claims ?

A guy on here bought some, I think a friendly scrap yard let him take them off our he had the full card I can't remember.
Ford don't sell them with brackets afaik.

I bought 2 plastic cups and carefully cut the holes in my door card with a Stanley knife (very carefully ) and job done, didn't even take the card off although if you plan on fashioning a metal plate to rivet to the door you'll need to do that.
