Have you got a link to the source of that please?
The only one I can find on the Ford website is in html format.

Crikey, how do some people survive??? You download the manual and then save it as a pdf (or whatever format you prefer), would you like me to do your weeks work too

My first and third posts were polite requests for assistance. You were incapable of responding in a helpful manner. All of your posts seem designed to make you out to be the clever and witty individual which you clearly are not.
I politely asked for a copy of a manual or a source for it. That request still stands but with over 200 views it seems increasingly evident such a thing doesn't exist. Perhaps you could stop posting nonsense and clear the way for a sensible and helpful reply.
