Crikey, how do some people survive??? You download the manual and then save it as a pdf (or whatever format you prefer), would you like me to do your weeks work too

Above are examples of two stupid questions.
The second sentence is a question despite not having a question mark at the end. It seems to have migrated to the end of the previous sentence where it has been joined by a third question mark.
This lack of correct punctuation and the abusive nature of the content suggest it was written by a person of low IQ or a child.

To be fair Mike, the UK Ford website only appears to have links to the HTML versions in the 'Owners' section, even though it says you can download it - when you click on it, only the HTML version appears.

Have you got access to a special different website? Moderators only ? Or am I missing something

Without any cynical replies or abuse I’m still unable to find a manual either via fords website (currently unavailable) or the frankly rubbish and buggy Ford Pass app which keeps giving a variety of errors.

Sometimes I get as far as the manual contents, but then each time I try to view a section it gives a 404 error.

Is any one helpful enough to supply a pdf or a link to a 2013 Custom owners manual pretty please.
