Grooved Brake discs

Bought my van a couple of weeks ago and thought i would start adding bits to it.When having a good look at it while giving it a good going over with my DA machine noticed the discs are very worn with 33,000 on the clock. This is the first time i have owned a van,i have been using L200's for the past 15 years, is there any point in putting grooved discs on it or shall i just put some new solids back on, more to the point are there grooved discs out the for the Custom sport.

Maybe if you are going to race or rally it and left foot brake it as for wear get a micrometer and check thickness sometimes the discs can look bad due to rust build up on the outer edge
