Blower working, but not moving any air.

2015 custom, blower working on all settings, but not moving any air, I removed the polen filler , no help, but the blower tries sucking my hand in via the filter flap, seems like a blockage somewhere? Any advice welcome. Ta

It might be the actuator motor for the control flap (the thing that directs the air when you select feet, face or screen) has failed and it's stuck shut.

On older Transits this used to happen from time to time so I guess it's possible that this might be the case on yours? If not, the air must be going somewhere so maybe there's a blockage as you say (unlikely though) or one of the ducts isn't connected properly.
