Towing with a sport

Hi, thinking of purchasing a 310 L1 sport in magnetic, very good deals on them right now. I currently tow our coachman twin axle caravan with my 67 plate L3 H3 170bhp transit, this copes very well indeed. The custom is replacing a 10 plate 350 long wheelbase, so I will still have a choice on which van to use hoping somebody has a similar set up that could give some insight on how it copes with a fair lump lugging behind
