My van is running rough - please help!

Hi all, new member here and I unfortunately have a problem!
My van is not throwing any error codes and I'm really stuck.
The van is running quite rough, and when stationary using between 0.3&0.4 g/h once warm. If the van is cold started it sits at 0.2g/h.
The aircon is off as are the heated seats.
The van also seems to be using much more fuel that it should be, I have gone from 34mpg average down to 27mpg average and my daily journey/weekly routine has not changed.
I am not getting a regen message as many other people claim to get or a warning to say it needs it.
My ideas currently sit at:
Battery on it's way out and is keeping the van tickover rough due to the alternator having to work harder to keep van going.
Injectors?
Egr stuck/full up?
Maf sensor needing a clean?
I don't want to just jump in and start trying to "fix things" if they don't need doing as chances are I'll break something that didn't need fixing (it's a habit of mine)

What van/age and how many miles?

Has it recently been serviced? Fuel/oil/air filter

Egr would usually put out a code if it was not working correctly, they do get blocked and can be worth removing and cleaning before they block up and fail completely. Not sure on injector I guess it’s a possibility also fuel quality. Check injector seals for leaks they are very common.

The van is a 2016 limited with 72k on it.
Yes that's what I though RE the EGR that it would put up a code.
I'll have a look at how to check the injector seals tonight.
