paintwork = rust spots

Has anybody experience this before ? Last year, I bought a 2015 limited custom van in frozen white, it was a working van only light work / DIY stuff I think. 29K on the clock now has 35K, few months later I noticed little tiny pin pricks of rust surfacing to the top of the paint work,on both sides, I polished them out and coated it with wax, Im now getting lots more all over the side panels and rear doors, I first thought it may have ben in the fireing line of a grinders swarf but it cant be both sides and doors. the driver and passenger door is fine. Any body got any ideas please ?

You need some fallout remover. Autosmart Red 7 is the best (but I’m biased as I’m a franchisee)

Update, so being a Yorkshire man I was bit uneasy on parting with the cash for a bit of cleaner, But money well spent ! I did a panel at a time and the van more or less went instantly purple, I have been over each panel 3 times now and I think iv got it all .
