Reversing Lights improvement

Hi everyone, has anyone improved their reversing lamps in any way???. I need to improve mine as with my job I could get into some rather dark places and with the up coming dark nights the lamps on the back of my are basically.........rubbish!!.
Ive thought about the multiple LED lights off Ebay but they are a bit large but may in the end go for them , I am hoping that some one could recommend an appropriate super bulb that is a straight replacement as this will keep the gaffer from moaning .

Further to this post I have Purchased some of these off EBAY, search for item number https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/352799687252 (hope the link works), they are not worklight(them big square things) on the roof type brightness but are a huge improvement on the OEM bulbs(and it saved my Boss moaning )
