Standard bumper paint

Can the standard bumpers on my van be painted or do I have to look for already painted ones to replace them?

They can be painted but you will need a suitable plastic primer, most good auto paint suppliers should be able to assist you with the correct one (not Halfords)
RUST IS LIGHTER THEN CARBON FIBRE

I got upol system 20 plastic primer 600ml £17.99 ebay. and some scotch pads ultra fine cleaning and finishing pads about £5 ebay Spray Paint Black Matt auto extreme .
