Hi my custom broke down at the weekend low fuel pressure. 66 plate 2.2 with 27k on the clock.
Iv had the tank out And out 12v on pump and it’s spinning
Swapped the fuel pump relay with the glow plug relay no difference.
Turned ignition on and tested with multimeter over the multiplug and only seeing 0.05volts to pump there.

Did anyone have any luck finding a fault.

Ive a 2013 with 210000 miles, mine did this, took it to Halfords and they said the filter was blocked, changed it then a week later done it again, left it for 15 mins and it started, just like the youtube video mentiond above. Moved the pins a bit on the fuel pump fuse and all seemed ok, last night done it again but was jome by then, started this morning and it kept cutting out again, moved the fuse, checked the relay put it back together and started. So i have now jerry rigged some wires from the relay to inside the van so i can see if 1. There is a supply from fuse 2. There is a supply going through the relay to the pump 3.there is a supply feeding the relay to activate it. Looks a mess a bit but i can now by pass the relay if needed. Not a permanant solution, looks like a possible problem with fuse holder.
