Sync3 + android auto bluetooth problems

Hello,

New model custom sport with sync 3 :
Experiencing problems with my bluetooth connection. Phone is a samsung galaxy s7 with android auto installed. Sound is going to sync 3 via bluetooth.

Phone connects to car without problems. Works well for about 15 minutes but then problems start :

Bluetooth connection is shutting down randomly, and starts again 10sec later. So I cannot make phonecalls or listen spotify.

Sync is reset to factory settings and updated by the dealer. Phone was also reset to factory settings. But that does not cure the problem. Don't know what to do since I have no clue what causes the problem. Is it sync, phone or android auto or a compatibility cocktail?

Anyone els experiencing the same problems?

No idea but check that the app/phone isn't set to power save, go into settings and allow it to run in the background services.

I had this with my running app strava, I'd set it but after a while the phone forced it to stop.

Might be the problem, might not.

Have read a couple of occasions similar has happened but no conclusive fix.

Some phones just don't work.
