Alarm triggering

For some reason every time I am jetwashing near my van it triggers the alarm. If I'm washing the car close by it always triggers. It never happens in rain even in all the recent storms. Any ideas why?

Could be something to do with the electronic frequency between the two items, i.e. the power washer and the alarm system.

If you don't want it to happen then maybe don't use the washer close to your van.
Almost forgot to say that I was once trying to open my old Transit with the remote fob on the driveway when next door neighbour was maneuvering his caravan with the electric motor mover and I couldn't open my van due to that.
