Hi can anyone tell me if there is an auxiliary outlet to feed a diesel heater on my custom fuel tank

Yes it is on top of the tank on the sender unit there is a spare nipple that needs the end trimming off then just fit the pick up tube in and then clip the pipe connector on top. There's how to here somewhere or online.

Dropped my tank today (2013 2.2 Custom).

The nipple does not go anywhere on mine. Its only a blank.

No you buy the straw kit, you then cut the end of the nipple off there's a line to cut it to them you feed the tube down the hole in the nipple which has a bung on the end that squashes in and seals when you clip on the external Union /pipe bit.

Piece of cake have you done it yet?

On my mk6 it worked with out the straw pipe but on the mk8 I had to use the straw kit .
