Transit Custom Tourneo 2015 - Rear Liftgate adjustment

Hey,

Can anyone help with guidance on how to adjust the rear liftgate latch on a 2015 Tourneo?

The problem:
The rear liftgate rattles when going over bumps, and you can simulate this by pulling/rocking on the door when stationary.
It feels like the liftgate latch mechanism is just a little bit loose and there is a small knocking sound. The latch itself seems sound.

My understanding is that it should be possible to adjust the tolerance of the latch point, but I am not sure how.
