Tailgate retrofit

Hi guys I’ve been looking to buy a new custom I have seen several with less than 3000miles in the spec I want but don’t have a tailgate which is a must! Has anyone retrofitted one? How hard a job was it? I know the transporter guys do it so I presume it can be done on a custom just looking bit of advice before I commit! Cheers

I'm sure it could be done but your looking at finding a donor as.
At a guess you'll need
Bumper corners , hinges . Tailgate., struts, harness, latch, rear boot cover.
