2019 Custom Stiff Gearchange

Hi All

I have a 2019 2.0 Ecoblue Manual Custom, just had it's 12 month inspection, the gearbox is notchy/stiff in the first 3 gears, just wondered if anyone else has experience here, just gone over 6k miles but has always been the same, dealer says its within tolerance !!

Out of interest the loan van was a 2020 vehicle and was smoth and light.

My 65 plate 1 was a little like that, my mk7 also, my current mk7 also. Cold seems to make it worse.
