Having changed the stock wheels for my 2020 transit custom, I now get a tyre pressure sensor fault up on the dash.
I’ve gone from 17” wheels to 20” wheels with low profiles.
How can I disable or get the pressure sensors to work correctly?

Before you go for a drive, go into your settings of the instrumentpanel and reset the tyre pressure. You have to do that every time you change the wheels.

Did you transfer the sensors out of old wheels and into the new ones
