Sync 3 update causing issues??!!

Afternoon everyone. I updated my sync 3 over the weekend using the download from Fords website and a pen drive. Today when using the van I’ve noticed 3 things: when turning the van off, full or partial alarm settings are displayed on the dash. I can toggle between the two but when pressing ok, the message doesn’t disappear.
The lights in the load area don’t stay on for as long as they used too.
The ‘one touch’ up function on the drivers window no longer works.
Has anyone had an experience like this? Seems super strange to me, I just don’t understand how updating the stereo can cause these issues. Van is a 2019 limited by the way.
