Power fold mirrors stuck in!!! Please help!!!

Hi all, i put my mirrors in and they never came out again, my local garage had no luck with it, I did read there’s 2 relays that control the motor function, if anyone can point me in the right direction of these I was thinking of switching them around to see if I could get mirrors to pop back out, any help/information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I’ve put my mirrors in, and pulled the button again to put them back out and nothing!
My local garage is stumped, I’ve replaced the switch, I’ve looked through my manual to find location of fuses but fuse boards in the van look nothing like in the book?
Has anyone had this issue before?
Any help/information would be great

Try checking relay R12 in the passenger compartment fuse box. Link below:

Edit: there is more than one fuse box in your van (in your model it seems to be 4)

check the driver's door loom for wiring issues, really common.

You can pull them open and push them closed until you sort out your issue

Cheers jinx I’ve had to put some large cable ties around them to stop them moving about so much when driving.

Mirrors are fixed, it was wiring issues in door loom, so definitely worth checking if anyone gets this issue, thanks for the help from everyone.

Hi Matt B,

I have the same problem. Can I ask, was it issues with the drivers side wiring loom or passenger side?

I replaced the drivers side, and it fixed another issue I had but not the issue with the mirrors not folding out.

Like yours, they fold in when I pull the switch but don't fold out. I have to do it manually.
