Choppy driving

I hope someone in here can be of assistance as I have a problem with my 2015 transit custom 2.2 tdci.
It has recently been to the local shop getting fixed because of dpf issues. After i got it back I after a couple of days noticed that the car is “chopping” I guess would be the best way to describe it, when going uphill or when accelerating from time to time.
I tried cleaning the intake but that only helped a little bit…
Anyone have any ideas?
The shop I was at changed the temp sensors by the dpf and the injector/glow plug there as well and did a regen on it.
