Gearbox Oil

Hi all, have a 2014 with 75 k on the clock and was thinking about changing the gearbox oil. When it was last in for service I mentioned this to be told " I'm sure these are service fill only ". Asking what " service fill " meant I was then told it means they are filled in the factory and thats it. Strange as there is plenty of gearbox oil kicking about for them. Anyone know if this is true or are we okay to change ? Thanks

Changed mine when I had to change a drive shaft. Just over 3 litres if I recall, I did check autodata at the time.
