2.2 2015 excess pressure in engine

Postby glenandemm » Sat Jul 10, 2021 9:26 pm

Vans running great however a few weeks ago turbo went on it so replaced it but noticed that injector seals was leaking so replaced seals and reamed seats up so they’d seal perfect, van all back together ran great other then noticed every now and then it intermittently smokes then stops and it’s not regenning as its quite a lot of smoke, injectors have been leaking again so tried again to reseat them and still blowing oil up them but now it looks like oils blowing out the filler cap!
I’ve read breathers get blocked up in the rocker cover, gonna check it tomorrow but is this a common issue with these and can you clean the breather up and unblock them?

Hi that happened with mine last, had the engine rebuilt and did the same a thousand miles later, apperantly injectors caused it.
